If you are a patient in Florida, Arizona, or Washington and require immediate continuation of care Please contact Acelise Alexis, PMHNP-BC, at EL Elyon MedPsych Services. She is a former provider of ours and has graciously made room to prioritize our patients for immediate appointments to ensure your care remains uninterrupted. She is in network with all of our insurance companies, including Medicare. She is a telehealth provider and can see patients located anywhere in those states (also in VT, NJ, and NY). Her team will be reaching out directly to schedule or answer questions, but you may also reach out via the link below; tell the EL Elyon team that you are one of our patients, and they will prioritize your appointment.
